Corporate Memberships

Our Corporate Membership program provides your organization’s employees with more than just access to a facility. We become your partners in creating a healthier workplace and improving well-being. A Corporate Membership displays to your employees that you value healthy living and that you want to encourage them in pursuing a healthy lifestyle. In a corporate membership, the organization pays a rate per employee and the employee gets a percentage off their membership monthly fee. We charge the company an annual fee based on the company size (see table below), and then we set up individual billing directly with the employees to pay their membership dues. We would contact the company each year at the annual corporate renewal time to confirm the company size again and send a new annual invoice.

We bill the company directly for all active memberships on a monthly basis and the company pays the YMCA. Employers payroll deduct the fees from employees’ paychecks and can adjust the deductions accordingly if they would like to cover a portion (or all) of the membership fees as an employee benefit. The joiner’s fee and annual corporate fee is waived with any Corporate Payroll Deduction Plan! Employers and employees also get a larger discount on monthly membership fees if the employer covers at least 50% of all employee memberships.
