A1C AND BLOOD PRESSURE SCREENING
Through a federal grant, the Y is able to provide free A1C screenings to detect prediabetes. No fasting is required. While you get your A1C Screening you can also receive a free blood pressure reading led by our YMCA staff and learn how the YMCA’s Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring Program can help you manage and/or reduce your blood pressure. At the North Webster location, we are only offering blood pressure readings
