Rock Steady Boxing
Knock Out Parkinson Disease!
This program is specifically for individuals with Parkinson’s disease.
Rock Steady Boxing is a safe, non-contact boxing-inspired workout designed to help manage Parkinson’s symptoms. The exercises aim to slow symptom progression and improve everyday movement and abilities.
Participants are encouraged to attend at least two classes per week, but you’re welcome to join all three. If you plan to attend every class, please sign up for both the AM and PM sessions to ensure accurate attendance records.
To enroll, participants must sign up online and attend one of the evaluation dates listed below. Each participant will complete a 45-minute evaluation to determine the best class level for them. During this time, you’ll also receive the class schedule.
Evaluation Dates and Locations:
- November 19th from 4-6 PM | North Webster YMCA
- November 21st from 4-7 PM | North Webster YMCA
- November 26th from 2-3:30 PM | Parkview Warsaw YMCA
- November 26th from 5-6:30 PM | North Webster YMCA

Program Schedule and Details
Rock Steady Boxing classes will be held at the North Webster YMCA, at the following times:
- PM Class: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
- AM Class: Thursdays from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
