Youth Center Monitor
Under the direct supervision of the Youth and Family Director, monitors the Youth Center and is responsible for the supervision and safety of the youth participants and YMCA equipment in the Dekko Youth Center.

Babysitting
Under direct supervision of the Coordinator of Childcare Services and in cooperation with the directors and the management team, the Babysitter will provide a clean, safe environment for children in their care while parents are using the YMCA facilities

Kids Klub Caregiver
Assists the Site Director in the supervision and management of the Kids Klub site according to the goals of the YMCA.  The caregiver will have a warm and supportive attitude toward children.

Maintenance
Under supervision of the Facility Manager, the maintenance position is responsible for the maintenance and repairs of the YMCA equipment and building including preventative maintenance plans and related budgets.

Custodian
The custodian is responsible for keeping the YMCA property clean, making simple repairs, and training new custodians.

Fitness Room Monitor
Responsible for providing a clean and appealing environment for members.  Also, helps members learn how to use the equipment properly.

Aerobics Instructor
Instructs fitness and/or related classes.   Provides direct leadership, instruction, and motivation for participants in fitness classes.

Climbing Wall
Provides direct leadership, instruction and motivation for members using the climbing wall.

Dance Instructor
Provides direct leadership, instruction and motivation for students in dance classes. 

Gymnastics Instructor
Provides direct leadership, instruction, and motivation for students in Gymnastic classes.

Member Services
Under the direct supervision of the Member Services Supervisor and in cooperation with the directors and management team, the Member Services Associate will assist members, guests, and staff with friendly knowledgeable service in a professional manner.  This position ensures that the Welcome Center functions at maximum efficiency and courtesy to fully support the customer service objectives of the YMCA.

Lifeguard
Possesses mature judgment and sound decision-making.  Ability to relate to people in a positive, but firm manner. Must be observant, safety conscious and able to react calmly and quickly in an emergency. Ability to effectively communicate information on aquatics and other YMCA Total Health programs to members and participants.
